See you at West Elm local

I was selected by Sheena Murphy of sheep + stone to participate in a pop-up shop at West Elm next Saturday, September 26th.

I’m very excited to be presenting what I’ve been working on during maternity semi-leave! Upgrades to some of my lines – think 18 kt gold! And new, beautiful wall pieces. Yay!

I’m having a baby!

I’m on waiting mode for my first child. He should come to this side of the world some time between April and May!

I’m getting everything ready, and downsizing quite a lot my workload. But you can still find me in several places online and off. I have ready made pieces (jewelry and textiles) on my Etsy shop, and a couple exclusive pieces (and a feature article) on Madesmith. You should definitely check that out. You can also find me locally at the shops listed on Retail on the top menu.

My plan is to be back in September with new lines, updates, and a little helper in my arms.

See you then,

Renegade Craft Fair in Brooklyn

The Renegade Craft Fair in Brooklyn next Sept 13+14 is approaching soon! I’ll be sharing a booth with my friends from Scout by Two, and I hope I get a lot of visits from my local supporters. It will be located at 50 Kent between 11th and 12th streets – and there’s a bar right across the street! Just saying :)

My dresser gets famous

My weavings are on Design*Sponge! Well, not really. My dresser is. But I took great care on displaying my weavings with it, and they look gorgeous! Also, a beautiful Hanako doll by my talented friend Yu Cotton-Well.

I submitted our Ikea dresser for the Before-After section of Design*Sponge and they loved it! Yay! Good for me. Maybe some day we will start our pantry project and submit that, too. See the full article here.
